There is no charge for service during normal business hours if we are unable to troubleshoot your problem. Guaranteed!
No trip fees, fuel surcharges, minimum one hour, or any other ploy to nickel and dime you. The banks do that enough, we do not! Expect to receive a detailed invoice of the work completed. If sensitive security information (such as computer passwords, etc.) was changed/added, this information will NOT be included on invoice details.
Payment Information
Payment in full is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Payments not received within 30 days from the invoice date will be assessed a 10% late fee, and any further assistance will be suspended until your account is paid in full. Accounts delinquent over 90 days from the date of the original invoice are subject to legal action.
